Deployment of MTR (Microsoft Teams Room) (Ballerup, Denmark)June 2020 & July 2020
Our team successfully implemented Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) across four LEO Pharma facilities.
We developed and followed a detailed Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for both hardware and software deployment to ensure consistency and reliability across all sites.
The setup included the installation and configuration of microphones, speakers, LED displays, media pads, desktop machines, hubs, and structured cabling, all executed according to industry best practices. The media pads were also configured to enable seamless connectivity and user-friendly operation.
Extensive Network Site Survey & Topology Diagram (Aalborg, Denmark) Aug 2019 & Aug 2019
This project involved conducting an extensive network site survey at the Siemens factory, covering three data center floors. The survey focused on key infrastructure elements, including security, power, air conditioning, rack and cabinet measurements, fire protection, spacing for future enhancements, and UPS backup systems.
Our team identified and documented all network cabinets based on the provided floor plans, mapped uplinks to the main data center, and developed a comprehensive network topology diagram.
The second phase of the survey involved assessing Access Points (APs) - recording their positions, height, direction, and signal strength for future optimization. The exact AP locations were then marked on the floor plan diagrams to support future network planning and upgrades.
ZyXel USG60 Firewall & VPN Configuration (Denmark) Sep 2018 & Sep 2018
This project involved configuring a ZyXEL USG60 firewall at the client site. The main objective was to establish secure and efficient internet connectivity using static IPs provided by the ISP, with VLAN configuration and proper routing between internal and external networks.
Key tasks included:
Configuring firewall rules to allow specific ports for approved services.
Enabling Remote Desktop Services (RDP) access from external networks.
Setting up and configuring a VPN (IPSec) to ensure secure data transmission over the internet
The configuration enhanced network security, improved connectivity, and ensured stable remote access for the client’s operations.
Network Site Survey and Deployment Activity (Sweden) April 2018 & June 2018
In this project, we conducted a comprehensive network survey in April 2018, followed by the deployment of network changes in June 2018. The work included adding, removing, and relocating devices, voice/data patch panels, and cabling from the old rack to a new rack setup.
Key highlights of the deployment:
Installed two new Cisco 3850 12x48 UPOE switches with stacking.
Migrated the entire network from the old Cisco switches to the new ones as per the planned design.
Deployed three wireless Access Points to provide reliable office-wide wireless internet access.
After completing the migration, all office services - including computers, laptops, printers, telephones, and wireless connectivity - were thoroughly tested to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
Deployment&Bootstrap configuration of VEDGE Routers. (Denmark) Feb 2019 & Feb 2019
This project involved the deployment and bootstrap configuration of Cisco VEDGE routers at the client site, followed by verification of office network services.
Key responsibilities included:
Deploying the Cisco VEDGE routers and performing initial bootstrap configuration.
Upgrading the routers to the latest IOS version.
Uploading base configurations and ensuring all network services were functioning correctly.
Unmounting old network devices from the network rack and ensuring a clean migration.
The deployment ensured the client’s network was up-to-date, fully functional, and optimized for performance and reliability.
Win 10 Rollout Activity (Denmark)Feb 2019 & Feb 2018
This project involved the deployment and bootstrap configuration of Cisco VEDGE routers at the client site, followed by verification of office network services.
